Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, custom development work, and the resources invested in each project, LudicForge LTD operates under a limited refund policy. All sales are considered final once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement.
2. No Refund After Work Commencement
Once development work, consultation, or service delivery has begun, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:
- Any custom development or programming work
- Consultation services and project planning
- Hosting services that have been activated
- Digital services that have been delivered or partially delivered
3. Cancellation Before Work Commencement
If you cancel a service before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation must be requested in writing within 48 hours of payment
- A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund
- No refund will be issued if any preliminary work, research, or planning has been performed
- Refund requests are subject to our review and approval
4. Hosting Services
Hosting services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated. This includes:
- Monthly, quarterly, or annual hosting subscriptions
- Game server hosting
- Infrastructure setup fees
- Domain registration or transfer services
You may cancel hosting services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.
5. Digital Products and Licenses
Digital products, software licenses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered or activated, unless required by law.
6. Service Quality Issues
If you believe our services do not meet the agreed specifications, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of service delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds will only be considered if:
- The service fundamentally fails to meet the agreed specifications
- We are unable or unwilling to remedy the issue after reasonable attempts
- The issue is not due to changes in requirements or client-provided materials
7. Payment Plans and Installments
For projects with payment plans or installments, each payment is non-refundable once made. If a project is cancelled mid-way, you remain responsible for all payments due up to the cancellation date, and no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
8. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, software licenses, or external tools that we may recommend or integrate. Refund policies for such services are governed by their respective providers.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14-30 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate service termination and may affect your ability to use our services in the future. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment issues.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
