1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LudicForge LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

LudicForge LTD provides digital development services, including but not limited to:

• Web and application development
• Digital services and consulting
• Hosting and infrastructure services
• Game server hosting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their project requirements
• Making timely payments as agreed in the service agreement
• Ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, materials, or data provided to us
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work as specified in the service agreement. LudicForge LTD retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and methodologies developed during the provision of services.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

LudicForge LTD's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
